Competition Round #3 (The Championship) - 2hrs. 10min. 51sec.
Round one was my longest run in months. Round two was my longest in years. For round three, I successfully completed the longest run of my life. I shattered my previous longest (which was somewhere around 1hr 40min) by about 30min. I have been referring to the route as the "Tour de Track Town." For the first half of my run, I started near Track Town Pizza, passed by Historic Hayward Field, and ran the entirety of the Amazon and Rexius trails before circling back to meet up with friend and training partner Keith Laverty in front of Hayward Field. Keith provided me with a few swigs of Gatorade and half a power bar- both of which I consumed while running. He then continued on with me for the last hour, which I ran on Pre's Trail, and circled back once again to finish the run at Hayward. I threw in a final kick along Agate St. and touched the track's front gate in a time of 2hrs. 10min. and 51sec.

When this video was filmed, I did not know if the run would be enough for the win. 

I know know that it was.
